Welcome to Tumbling 360! Led by coach Robert McGrew, with over 30 years of experience in teaching tumbling skills to athletes of all ages and skill levels, including Junior Olympic level. The gymnastics tumbling program focuses on developing essential tumbling skills, strength, and flexibility for athletes of all ages and skill levels. With expert coaching, athletes progress through various levels, learning foundational techniques to advanced tumbling skills. The program emphasizes proper form, safety, and progression, helping athletes build confidence and achieve their full potential in the sport.

Tumbling sessions

  • Beginners tumbling

    Objectives:

    • Introduce basic tumbling skills

    • Develop strength, flexibility, and body awareness

    • Teach proper form and technique for safe progression

    Ages: 4-6 Years

    Duration (1 hour)

    Frequency: Mondays

    Time: 10 AM

    $132/month (4 sessions)

  • TUMBLING mondays

    Objectives:

    • Continue advancing basic tumbling skills

    • Improve strength, flexibility, and body awareness

    • Emphasize proper technique and safety to ensure progress and prevent injury

    Ages: 5-9 Years

    Duration (1 hour)

    Frequency: Mondays

    Time: 3:30pm
