Welcome to Tumbling 360! Led by coach Robert McGrew, with over 30 years of experience in teaching tumbling skills to athletes of all ages and skill levels, including Junior Olympic level. The gymnastics tumbling program focuses on developing essential tumbling skills, strength, and flexibility for athletes of all ages and skill levels. With expert coaching, athletes progress through various levels, learning foundational techniques to advanced tumbling skills. The program emphasizes proper form, safety, and progression, helping athletes build confidence and achieve their full potential in the sport.

Tumbling sessions & Camps

  • Tumbling Ages 4-6

    Objectives:

    • Introduce basic tumbling skills

    • Develop strength, flexibility, and body awareness

    • Teach proper form and technique for safe progression

    Ages: 4-6 Years

    Duration (1 hour)

    Frequency: Tuesdays

    Time: 10 AM

  • Tumbling Ages 5-9

    Objectives:

    • Advance basic tumbling skills

    • Improve strength and flexibility.

    • Emphasize proper technique and safety.

    Ages: 5-9 Years

    Duration (1 hour)

    Frequency: Tuesdays

    Time: 3:30pm

  • TUMBLING AGES 7-13

    Objectives:

    • Focuses on learning and improving tumbling skills such as rolls, cartwheels, round-offs, handsprings, and flips

    • Builds strength, flexibility, coordination, and air awareness through trampoline drills and progressions

    • A high-energy class perfect for cheerleaders, dancers, or anyone who loves to flip and fly in a safe, structured environment

    Ages: 7-13 Years

    Duration (1 hour)

    Frequency: Tuesdays

    Time: 6-7 PM
